You can renew your password by using the `I forgot my password` button on the member login screen.
How can I use a gift voucher?
After adding the products you like to the basket, you can use the gift certificates defined for you by using the `Gift certificates` field on the basket screen.
When will my order be given to cargo?
Orders received until 14:00 during the week are delivered to the cargo on the same day.( Delivery times may vary depending on product stock status.)
My order is incomplete / wrong / incorrectly sent, what should I do?
You can create an easy return request from your membership panel for your incomplete, incorrect or incorrect orders.

When will my parcel arrive?
While the delivery time may vary depending on the density of the cargo companies, it is expected to reach you within 2 days on average.

How is the return process done?
After entering the panel of your membership account that you have ordered, you can create a return request by using the `Return Requests` button on the upper right and then the `Create a new request` button on the left menu.
